- Page 5 Place the prepared ingredients in the basket (8), then open the Fryer lid & fit the basket to the appliance. Note: Excess moisture should be removed from ingredients with a clean cloth or paper towels before frying.
- Page 6 Fryer, disconnect the appliance from the power supply. Emptying the Fryer When the Fryer is cool, pour the old oil from the coking bowl (9) into a suitable container. Always follow local regulations concerning the disposal of used cooking oil.
