When this equipment is shipped, title passes to the
purchaser upon receipt from the carrier. Consequently,
claims for the material damaged in shipment must be
made by the purchaser against the transportation
company at the time shipment is received.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Fig. 3 1. Using the Bolts and Nuts provided, attach two Large Casters (5) to the Base Assembly (4) and the other two Large Casters (5) to the Legs (8). Then attach the two Small Casters (1) to the Base Assembly (4). (See Fig. 1) Fig. - Page 7 6. Attach the Boom (13) to the Post and secure with Bolt 8. Slide the Boom Extension (16) into the boom and (14) and Nut (18). (See Fig. 5) secure it at the desired load rating using the Bolt (17) and Nut (2).
