Preparing the Machine
No Parts Required
Procedure
1.
Park the machine on a level surface.
2.
Engage the parking brake.
3.
Lower the cutting units.
4.
Shut off the engine, remove the key, and wait for
all moving parts to stop
5.
Allow the engine to cool.

Removing the Hood and
Screen
No Parts Required
Procedure
1.
Unlatch the hood at both sides.

Remove the bow pin and the clevis pin that
secures the hood to the pivot brackets of the
machine
(Figure
1).
3.
Carefully lift the hood, and remove it from the
machine
(Figure
1).
4.
Remove the ball pin that secures the screen
latch

2).
