OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS COMPRESSION OPERATION 1. Retract the Ram fully by opening the pump handle and rotating it fully WARNING clockwise. Close the pump handle while maintaining its rotated Pinch point hazard. Compression Dies at high position to make contact with the release pin on the tool body (2.1). force can cause severe personal injury. -

TROUBLESHOOTING Problem Cause Solution Remove body handle and check on Insuf cient hydraulic oil. reservoir for proper oil level. The oil should be at the top of the reservoir when the cap is removed. Ram should be fully retracted The ram will not advance. before removing cap. -
