Mobile network
Customise settings to control network usage.
On the Settings screen, tap Mobile network.
• M obile data: Set the device to use data connections on any mobile network.
• D ata roaming: Set the device to use data connections when you are roaming.
• S ervice providers: Search for available networks and manually register a network.
• S IM1 network mode / SIM2 network mode: Select a network type.
• M obile network connections: Set networks for data and multimedia messaging services.
Device
Sound
Change settings for various sounds on the device.
On the Settings screen, tap Sound.
• R ingtone: Select a ringtone for incoming calls or adjust the volume level for call
ringtones.
• N otification: Select a ringtone for events, such as incoming messages, or adjust the
volume level for notifications.
• M edia: Adjust the volume level for music and videos.
• S ystem: Adjust the volume level for system sounds.
• V ibrate when ringing: Set the device to vibrate and play a ringtone for incoming calls.
• F eedback:
– Touch sound: Set the device to sound when you select an app or option on the touch
screen.
– Dialing keypad tone: Set the device to sound when you tap the buttons on the
keypad.
