6. Disassembly/Reassembly
Note: Power off the computer. Do not shut down to the Suspend or Hibernation mode.
Do not add peripherals while the computer is in the Suspend or Hibernation mode;

abnormal operation may result.

1. Release the lever on the back of the main unit
4. Release the lever on the back of the main unit
and open the battery cover.
and remove the HDD cover.

2. Slide the battery in the direction of arrow <A>,
Lift in the direction of arrow <B> and remove.

2. Lift the HDD unit.
Disconnect the HDD cable.
8. Remove the HDD holders (A),(B), HDD dampers and
HDD insulation sheet.
