AS A POLISHER polishing operation, assemble the tool right. Hold the spindle firmly with as a t the wrench 17. Put the rubber pad, then tighten lock nut using the lock nut wrench provided, turning clockwise. Next, put wool bonnet on, fastening securely with strings as snugly as possible, near the center.
MAINTENANCE CAUTION Always be sure that the tool i s switched off and unplugged before attempting to perform inspection and maintenance. Replacing carbon brushes Remove and check the carbon brushes regularly. Replace when they wear down to the limit mark. Keep the carbon brushes clean and free to slip in the holders.
